Fees

How much does it cost to enter?

There is an entry fee to the Business Finance Awards. Why? Because there are real costs associated with the care and secure storage of entries, and the processing of entries and payments. Distributing collated papers to the judges, convening the jury, providing a venue for the judging days, if necessary, offering refreshments and lunch to the judges, compiling the privately scored judges’ marks and communicating the short-list to the lucky finalists, also incur costs.

The fee for a first entry to the Business Finance Awards is £300.00 plus VAT at the current applicable rate (£360.00 including VAT at 20%)

Second or subsequent entries will be charged at £150.00 each, plus VAT at the current applicable rate (£180.00 including VAT at 20%).

Payment for all entries can be made at the time of entry via PayPal or using your debit or credit card and receipt of entries and payment will be acknowledged electronically. Alternatively, an invoice can be raised for you to pay by BACS, or via PayPal for Business. The maximum credit allowed for payment by invoice is 14 days.

By way of advance notice, please note that we will always run an event to celebrate the success of Finalists after judging is complete. It may a physical event, where table places will be available at a rate per person, or an online event, where a fee per Finalist company will be made, but these charges will be additional to any entry fees. Being part of a physical event or online presentation is at the discretion of each Finalist company and the results declared are completely independent of participation.
